Remove the Rx monitor & either connect to an analog phone line or return to Rx for data download

The difference is the same - any monitor has to be removed & the data downloaded.  While Rx's process might be easier to connect correctly, disconnecting the unit takes the same amount of time.  However, Rx can typically download the data in 20 minutes via modem (which is very fast!).

Unit arrives @ Rx: data downloaded, unit & probes tested, calibration checked, data archived in database

 

Data is reviewed for accuracy.  All 10 channels are checked to make sure that the data is accurate and repeatable

Unit & probes are tested & calibrated

Unit downloaded & site notes updated with the info from the questionnaire

Report written & solution prescribed - Reports are archived & distributed to local FSE, Service Management & others

 

Report is written by one engineer & reviewed by another prior to sending out.  General recommendations are made

The report is e-mailed out & distributed to the appropriate people within 72 hours after the data is downloaded & verified

Conference call with the customer (if required) to review the findings of the report & develop a plan

 

This is a major difference between Rx & others.  Having an expert on call to explain the report or even the National Electric Code
