How to Order a RxMS Power Quality Site Survey:
If your company is new to using Rx Monitoring Services, please call at
1-888-329-2321 Ext. 201, and register with us before placing an order for a survey.
- Ordering a survey is done online, with this order form.
- Accurate information is required to ensure swift processing. Please be sure to double check the information you supply in the form.
- Upon submitting your order, you will be emailed a confirmation notice when the order has been received by Rx.
- For Next Day Delivery, please place your order by 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
- A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 2 of our business hours of
placing your order. If you have not received a response, please
contact us toll free at 1-888-329-232 Ext. 204.
- A Rx Technician will select a monitor and accessories around your equipment
specifications. They will then be shipped to the location requested in the ordered survey.
Instructions for the installation and use of the monitor will also be sent, allowing for an easier step-by-step install process.
- Unless special arrangements have been made, after 10 days from shipment, please return the monitor to RxMS for data retrieval.
- RxMS will process the data and document its findings in a comprehensive report.
Within 3 business days of Rx receiving the data from the monitor, copies of all reports will be e-mailed to you.
